What will my floral arrangement look like?

We are always happy to send you a photo of the arrangement upon request. We strive to make each arrangement a creative and unique design. Our process allows you to customize your design style, while still giving us creative freedom to incorporate seasonal, fresh product. The best way to ensure that your design is created how you would like, is to call Meredith directly and discuss the details.

Can I pick up my floral arrangement?

Yes of course! We are not a traditional retail shop, but we have a consultation office located in Gilford and are happy to arrange a time to pick up your order. Give Meredith a call or send her an email and we will have your flowers packed and ready for you. Currently, we are offering curbside pick up, so once you have scheduled a time to pick up your order, simply drive up to Building One and text/call Meredith and she will bring your order right out to your vehicle.

How much time do you need to place an order?

We do ask for a 24-48 hour notice, so that we can source your product, design and deliver your flowers. If it is possible to do same delivery, then we are happy to accomodate your request. Because we are not a traditional retail florist, we do not carry a large inventory of flowers on a regular basis, so we may need a little extra time to source your product. However, this guarantees the freshness of your arrangement.

How do I set up a consultation to discuss my wedding flowers?

First, fill out our wedding flower inquiry form and submit your information. We will respond back shortly and let you know if we have availability for your wedding date and send you some additional information, as well as our rental item offerings. Consultations are available either over the phone or in person at our Gilford office. We are flexible with our scheduling, so if evenings or weekends work best for you to meet, just let us know and we are happy to arrange a suitable time.

Can you provide a quote for wedding flowers?

We are happy to send a proposal. Flowers can range in many different options, so we do prefer to schedule a consultation prior to sending a quote, to discuss the details of your event. We are also happy to send a general range of pricing prior to scheduling a consultation.

How long does a wedding flower consultation take?

Typically a preliminary consultation takes approximately 30-60 minutes. We are happy to schedule additional meetings as needed.

How do I book my wedding with Riverstone Florals?

We require a $250.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve your wedding date. Once you have reserved your date, we typically require a 30% deposit due 6 months prior to your wedding and then the final contract and final deposit are due 1 month prior to your wedding date. (Any changes can be made up until the final deposit is due 1 month prior to the wedding date.)
